i-99 Superlight Footstraps Collection

3 different models unique and exclusive Thermoformed Footstraps designed for max comfort and Superlight weight.

We focus on daily base to innovate technologies and process in order to reach improvements on the overall board weight saving and for this reason we did pay a big attention to the straps considering the variable overall weight increase once WET.

Thanks to a long testing and developing, we manged to minimize the use of Neopreen to cover the foot-neck area down to 20% which added to 20% Polystyrene band for rigidity and the 60% EVA replacing the common used foam. We achieved a very low water absorbing result.

The NEO Superlight Footstraps weight from dry to wet are in the range below 20% compared to other regular neopreen footstraps with the result being on the board mount-set up to 500/600 gr in overall weight saving.

The exclusive designed moulded PVC Plates allows twist control and optimized weight.

A unique and innovative idea which we are very proud to release.

The VEE integral Front strap is connected to avoid overlapping the 2 single front-straps when the inserts positions on the center board are close one another.

The exclusively designed PVC “V” plate, allows full-twist-control and optimize option for single screw mounting on boards with a single center insert as well as for boards with 2 side screws insertrs with  max distance of 6 cm from one another.

A wide tapered outline concentrated on the middle section, allows optimum distribution pressure and unique comfort on the Foot-Neck.

The outer top surface is made of a PVC thermoformed 3D logo effect.

The NEO Superlight footstraps can be mounted on any windsurf / Wing / Kite boards s in the market and are available in several color selection.

The Squadra Corse Division has worked toward customizing a straight rectangular slim-outline for easy inn-out foot movements 

The EVA thickness and Shore are combine in different density and distributed to optimize rigidity and flex control.

The NEO PRO Superlight footstraps are mounted on all the I-99 Squadra Corse Foil Boards therefore recommended for any foil and slalom boards.
